SkinMyDreams comes with a 12-month warranty that covers all manufacturer defects. If something goes wrong with your handset, follow these instructions to get a replacement:  

  1. Record the defect on the video.
  2. Send this video at support@iplskinmydreams.com with the verbal description of the defect you have found. 
  3. Once your claim is approved, send your SkinMyDreams device back as directed with all components it came with. 
  4. Wait for the new device. The replacement of your SkinMyDreams handset will be processed once the defective item has entered our warehouse. 

Note that you have only 12 months from the date of the order to submit a warranty application.

Applications that do not satisfy the criteria mentioned above will not be approved for a return.
